At Shiny Satin Lipstick Crayon, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused or gently used lipstick crayon in its original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your new shade within 5-7 business days.
